Note : the mountain burgers are pre-cooked, and do not need to be over-cooked

Simple Cooking
Can be lightly sautéed, grilled, or toasted for 3-5 minutes

Can be microwaved under cover until hot

Because mountain burgers let out no fat, they are best basted with simply water or your favourite sauce to retain moisture

Non-Stick Grilling
Grill on medium head basting with spray bottle, flipping occasionally for 3-4 minutes. Patties can be covered with a lid and spray / steamed to retain moisture. BBQ sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce or your favourite sauce can be brushed on

BBQ
BBQ on low / medium heat, basting with spray mixture, flipping occasionally. Do not overcook patties as you do not want to dry out patties. Your favourite source can be brushed on while cooking. Spray often to keep moist. Served great with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and

cheese

Great combos
Teriyaki sauce with pineapple and mozzarella cheese

BBQ sauce with sautéed onions and mushrooms (with cheddar cheese)

Tzatziki sauce (yogurt / garlic / cucumber) with tomatoes, onions, feta cheese
